Beyond Early Learning

🎉 Happy 2nd Birthday, Mt Gambier! 🎉

Today we're celebrating two incredible years of learning, laughter, friendships, and growth at our Mt Gambier Centre.

A huge thank you to our amazing families, children, and educators who have helped make our centre the vibrant community it is today. We are so proud of everything we've achieved together and can't wait to see what the next year brings.

Here's to many more milestones, memories, and magical moments! 💙

Last week, our Centre Leadership Teams came together for three inspiring days at the Leading Beyond Conference.
It was a valuable opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, connect with colleagues across our organisation, share ideas, challenge our thinking, and invest in our continued growth as leaders.
At Beyond Early Learning, we know that strong leadership creates strong cultures. When leaders are equipped with the knowledge, confidence, and support to grow, the positive impact flows through to educators, children, families, and our wider communities.
The conversations, insights, and connections made throughout the conference have left us feeling energised, inspired, and excited about what's ahead.
A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to making the three days such a meaningful and impactful experience.

Lest we forget.

We have commenced recruitment for two distinct leadership roles for our 100-place centre in Port Lincoln, and we’re looking for two warm, collaborative leaders who can work together to bring out the best in our people and community. Thank you to Early Childhood Australia for hosting such a fantastic National Reconciliation Symposium last week. Our fabulous directors, Ella and Jodi, reported not only a fabulous time, but outstanding learning. We look forward to bringing this into our Beyond centres. 🌱

Thank you to all our mums - we love you!
