A lot has changed in my business this year - so I wanted to share what I actually do now - and who it's for.

Hi, I’m Valeska - and I help business owners turn their expertise into clear, structured online programs.

That’s exactly what I help with.

A lot of the people I work with come in thinking they need help with the tech - choosing a platform, getting it all online. But once we start talking, they realise the real starting point is the thinking that needs to happen first.

To clarify what the program actually is.
To get really specific about who it’s for.
To shape the structure of the program.
All of this helps map out a practical plan to bring it to life.

Because once the thinking is clear, everything else gets easier.

No pressure. Just a conversation.

Last year was a big one.

Full of incredible clients, meaningful projects, and work I genuinely care about.

But if I’m honest… there were times I felt like I was chasing my tail. Constantly building. Constantly troubleshooting. Constantly “on.”

Nothing was wrong.

But something wasn’t quite right either.

Towards the end of the year, I took a step back and asked myself:

Where am I actually at my best?

Because I’m not just building a business… I’m building a life around it too. I have two kids and support commitments that matter deeply, and I want my work to fit inside that reality. Not fight against it.

And when I really looked at it, the answer was clear.

Not in the platform builds.
Not in trying to keep up with every tech update.

But in the thinking.

In helping someone take a powerful idea and turn it into something structured and focused.

In zooming out before we zoom in.

In tightening the scope and mapping a realistic path forward so they can build something intentional - and sustainable.

So that’s where I’m focusing this year.

Strategy. Clarity. Structure. Momentum.

And honestly? It feels really good.
