COASTAL LUXURY | Designed for the way coastal homes should feel

Every material in this home was chosen with purpose - not just for how it looks, but for how it lives.

The cut stringer staircase by Stairlock is overlaid in the same hybrid Titan Timber Flooring used throughout the home for a seamless finish that is water resistant and made for life by the sea.

Paired with natural quartzite stone cladding by Tumbled in soft whites and cool greys, and sand oak underfoot, the palette feels calm, tonal and effortlessly coastal.

Our clients at Rostrevor II kept spotting our build signs around the neighbourhood. Curious, they started following our work here on Instagram… and eventually reached out for a chat about building a true custom home.
