Last week, we hosted our Carers Information Session, Preparing for End of Life and Getting Your Affairs in Order, with Michelle Hutton from Andersons Solicitors.

The session provided valuable information and a supportive space for carers to reflect on their current care arrangements, consider future needs, and think about how to prepare for and communicate their end-of-life wishes.

Carers who attended told us they left feeling better informed and more prepared to consider what arrangements may be needed for the future care of their loved ones, should they no longer be able to provide that care themselves.

❤️ A big thank you to Michelle and Andersons Solicitors for helping us make this important session happen!
