πŸ† **Quarter Finals | Year 10 & Senior - Post 2 of 2**

Our Year 10 and Senior Quarter Finalists were next to take the floor last week, bringing together some of Debating SA's most experienced school debaters.

With a place in the Semi Finals at stake, teams were challenged to develop sophisticated arguments, engage closely with the opposing case and make clear comparisons about which arguments mattered most.

It was fantastic to see the quality of debating that students have developed over the course of the 2026 season.

Congratulations to every team that reached the Quarter Finals, and particularly to those progressing to the next stage.

Our final preliminary round at Woodville Gardens Primary School is complete!

It has been fantastic to see our younger debaters grow across the five rounds of the 2026 season. Debating gives students the chance to build confidence, organise their ideas, support their arguments and learn how to respond respectfully when someone sees an issue differently.

Round 5 was another terrific display of those developing skills.

Thank you to Woodville Gardens Primary School for hosting Debating SA and helping provide our students with such a welcoming place to debate throughout the season.
