New on the specials board at The Valley Inn 👇

We've gone a bit different this week — Pork Belly Adobo ($28), Filipino-style braised pork belly with soy, vinegar, garlic and onion, served with rice, a soft boiled egg and blanched bok choy. If you haven't tried adobo before, this is the one to start with.

First time on the board, the Garlic Butter Chicken Kiev ($25) — golden crumbed chicken breast oozing garlic butter, creamy mash, steamed broccolini and a rich garlic cream on the side.

Also on the board: Spaghetti Bolognese w/ Parmigiano Reggiano ($20) and The Valley Roast — Beef ($28).

Cold nights but warm in here — this week's board is built for it 🔥

🐐 Bone In Goat Curry — $28 — slow-cooked, proper spice, served with rice and a crispy papadum. Not on the menu often, so get in while it's up.
🍜 Chicken Laksa Noodle Soup — $23 — rich coconut broth, noodles, fresh herbs and chilli. The kind of bowl that fixes a bad day.
🍲 Minestrone Soup — $16 — served with garlic bread. Simple, hearty, does the job.

🐟 Tuscan Salmon — $33 — crispy-skin salmon on a creamy sun-dried tomato & spinach sauce, with blistered cherry toms and broccolini. The photo doesn't do it justice (almost).
🥩 Veal Scallopini — $34 — tender veal smothered in a creamy garlic mushroom sauce.
🍳 Lambs Fry — $18 — the old-school classic, done the proper way. Nan would approve.
