St Peters 1 project update.
Inside, joinery and benchtops are fully installed, bringing the kitchen and living spaces to life. Outside, the dark blue brickwork complements the character bluestone villa beautifully.
With splashbacks going in this week, we’re roughly 8 weeks away from handover.

It’s been a couple of years since we handed over our Unley Park project, but it was a joy to go back and capture it with Jack Fenby.
The robust sandstone wall seen in these images has found its place, and the landscaping has truly come into its own, offering a lush contrast to the textured masonry and charcoal cladding.

These winter weather has us dreaming of poolside summer days in Unley Park.
We recently had this project photographed. We can’t wait to share more!
Site update from our St Peters 2 project.
Carpentry and first-fix works are officially wrapped up, and the team is mid-way through installing the wall and ceiling linings.
You can also get a glimpse of the newly installed Jaco Bricks in the main living space, which are looking fantastic.
Next up we’ve got feature render going on the curved ceiling, followed by flooring and the pool.
Roofs are officially on at our Unley Park project!
A lot has progressed on-site since our last update, and the home’s functional layout is really starting to take shape.

Malvern update.
Here’s a quick walk through as we get closer to internal handover!
The team is busy wrapping up painting and benchtops, while external paths are scheduled to be poured later this week. Once those are in, we will be straight into tiling the pool and outdoor spaces, followed by second fix.
