Creating a safe sleep environment is one of the many ways we care for children each day. From following safe sleep practices and using approved cots, to completing visual checks every 5 minutes, our educators take every step to help children rest safely and comfortably.

We also work closely with families to understand each child's individual sleep routine, because feeling safe, settled and well-rested helps children learn, grow and thrive.

While our little people are learning how to be kind, caring friends, we want to remind our wonderful families to look out for each other, too.

We’ve been getting into the Book Week spirit this week, and our wonderful Chef Brianna has been busy creating some very special meals inspired by the magic of books! 👩‍🍳💕

From fun and colourful creations to delicious meals the children can enjoy, Brianna has brought a little extra storybook magic to mealtimes.

Ever had one of those "What should I be doing with my child?" moments? You might already have the answer at home.

Earlier this year, every Goodstart family received a What & When for Families guide for each child. If it's been tucked away in a drawer since then, now might be the perfect time to pull it back out.
