Called in for some end of lease remediation works in ottoway. A job too big to be done safely without the Saggese Cranes liebherr 110t mobile crane, especially when your client is a multinational billion dollar company. After a 2 weeks of planning, setting the job up and getting organised, the weather theatened the schedule. The boys did an amazing job with the lift and placement keeping the whole 3.2 x 12m roof structure within the 4.5m wide envelope, right on morning peak hour grand junction road. After landing the roof on the ground i set to work on dismantling while the boys lowered the main supporting columns to the deck then chained up the main frame to lower them for the waiting grinder to make them manageable for transport.

Something completely custom designed with aesthetics in mind, not just your standard 6m wide shed, from the warmer months.
Went in knowing the footprint the customer wanted to create the space but then viewing the extension i put the idea of creating a mini version of the extension. Many hours put into the design and ex*****on of the plan and the end result speaks for itself i think.throw a BAL 25 rating to make it that bit more difficult! Studio double insulated with 8mm closed cell foam and r2.5batts.

Shed designed to take 47m/s windspeeds (almost cyclonic) due to its location. Highest grade materials used with Z600 galv for the walls and .48 zinc on the roof. Extra wide PA door, security mesh windows and half width sliding door to the frontage

Well its been quite the year this year. Lotta sheds, lotta digging, few verandahs and carports and even an office fitout for our mates at spectrum signs (thankyou for the signage) and topped off taking the businesses toy out for spin. 2025 had it all.
