Lucy Austen-Paine is an assistant w**emaker at Blue Pyrenees Estate in Pyrenees region. She is passionate about collaboration and the sense of community that is found in the w**e industry which is why she is well suited to be the Victorian State Champion for the Rootlings network. She also contributes to the running of regional w**e events.

Emily Spinaze owner of her own label Glover W**es in the Hunter Valley as well as a consultant w**emaker for Bonvilla Estate and the inaugural Next Gen w**emaker for Tread Softly. She loves to support and develop those around her, especially other emerging talent in the w**e industry.

Michelle Li is a w**emaker at Knappstein in the Clare Valley as well as for her own boutique label Ms L W**es. She loves talking to consumers and breaking down the barriers between technical w**emaking speak and enjoyable w**e exploration, especially tasting lesser known varieties like Montepulciano. She also actively contributes to both Rootlings and W**e Communicators of Australia local state chapters.

Mathilda Hill Smith is a director and the Public Relations and Hospitality Manager at Shaw + Smith w**ery in the Adelaide Hills. An up and coming w**e show judge, she is also closely involved in organising the Tranche Scholarship for young w**e and hospitality professionals to increase their international perspective through travel opportunities.
