📣 We’re hiring: Automation Process Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced, curious and highly organised Automation Process Analyst to join the Subnet team in Adelaide.

This is a part-time role with flexible and negotiable working hours, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to put their experience to work without the constraints of a traditional full-time position.

Working with teams across Subnet, you’ll help us understand how work gets done, identify opportunities to make it better, and turn business challenges into practical process and automation solutions.

And you don’t need to be an automation expert.

We’re looking for someone who brings experience in areas such as business analysis, process improvement or project coordination, communicates well with both technical and non-technical teams, and — most importantly — enjoys asking good questions and finding better ways of doing things.

Over the past two days, Subnet and Netskope brought together South Australian business and technology leaders for two back-to-back sessions of The Invisible AI Workforce — Executive AI Leadership Roundtable at Melt CBD.

After our first session sold out in just 24 hours, we added a second date — and we're thrilled that both sessions ultimately reached capacity.

Rather than another presentation about AI, attendees were thrown into an interactive tabletop exercise built around an escalating AI incident.

Across three rounds, the scenario moved from an AI assistant accessing information it shouldn't, through to a much bigger question:

What happens when AI isn't just accessing your business — but is authorised to act on its behalf?

The discussions around the tables were exactly what we'd hoped for, exploring questions around AI governance, security, data access, human oversight, incident response and executive accountability.
