Weldfab Engineering

We are currently looking for people with Fitter and / or Boilermaker and welding skills for a full time permanent or casual position.

This position is for a 40 hour week, 6am-2pm Mon-Fri with the possibility for overtime and weekend work, in some of the best company factories in SA. Our company does many different types of work, so you can look forward to a variety of experiences. Our workshop is based in Edinburgh North.
The right candidate will be required to have:

- Driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
- Right to work in Australia

It would be an advantage to have any of the following:
- Forklift, scissor or boom lift licenses
- Confined Space training
- Trade qualifications / certificates
- Experience in the industry (Food and beverage experience is highly valued)

We are currently looking for an experienced Fitter or Boilermaker with Stainless Steel experience for a full time permanent or casual position!
Our workshop is based in Edinburgh North but we also work on site at locations in the Metro and Barossa areas and would require you to travel regularly.

The right candidate will be required to have:

- Driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
- Trade Qualifications
- White card
- Right to work in Australia
- Experience in the industry (Food and beverage experience is highly valued)

We are currently looking to employ 2 new apprentices as either Mechanical fitter (Mechanical Engineering Cert III) or Welding (Fabrication Engineering Cert III)

Requirements
• Completed year 11
• Drivers license and own transport
• Good Maths skills
• An interest in the Welding industry
• Able to work as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual
• Australian Citizen

Responsibilities
• Undertake approved training
• Welding and fitting
• Workshop deliveries and housekeeping
• Site work away from the main plant
• General machining
• Manufacture and Quality checking metalworks
