📅 Tax return lodgement reminder

With October approaching, now is a good time to make sure your tax affairs are up to date and that you’re aware of any upcoming lodgement deadlines.

For some taxpayers, 31 October 2026 is an important deadline. This may apply to those who lodge their own returns, as well as those with an outstanding 2025 tax return.

If you’re a client of BHC Partners, your lodgement date may be later, with many of our clients having due dates in March 2027 and May 2027. This gives you some extra time to get everything organised, but it’s still a good idea to make sure your tax affairs are up to date.

If you’re unsure of your lodgement date or have an outstanding tax return, please do not hesitate to contact our office.

Today Carolyn is celebrating an incredible 11 years with all of us at BHC Partners on top of the many years she ran the practice in Woodside with Roger prior to this! 🎉

For all those with employees just a reminder that your annual reconciliation for RTWSA needs to be completed. This is due no later than 15 September 2026.
Don’t forget to include all wages and superannuation paid on behalf of all your employees.
Please note: If any fringe benefits are provided to employees these may also need to be added to your remuneration figures.

Just a reminder that the Taxable Payments Annual Report (TPAR) is due by 28 August 2026.
If your business operates in building and construction, cleaning, courier and road freight, information technology, or security, you may have TPAR reporting obligations.
