IoTics - Creative Integration

Another recent EOM wrap up at IoTics!

In today's fast-paced world, it’s not always easy to get everyone in the same room. That’s why our End-of-Month All-Hands has become such an important ritual for us.

Every 30 days we bring our whole team together to celebrate wins, share exciting updates, and stay connected across our Projects, Service, and Connected Services teams.

Recently we were hosted by our friends at APS Industrial, one of our long-standing key technology partners. Their team shared valuable insights into the latest Siemens control system hardware, PLC and HMI updates, and showcasing new tools that will continue to elevate the work we deliver for our customers.

These sessions strengthen our partnerships, keep our team learning, and ensure we continue delivering high-quality automation and sustainability-focused solutions for our customers.
Big thanks to Phil, Nav, and Johannes for hosting us and supporting our ongoing growth!

⛳More than just automation!⛳

Every quarter, we press pause on the day-to-day, step away from the tools, and come together as a team for what we call our Quarterly Challenge.
It’s our regular way of celebrating wins (big and small), reconnecting, and most importantly, 'off-tools fun with ya mates' 😎
This time around? A cracking afternoon of mini golf at SHANX Mini Golf. Great banter, cold beers, and even colder putting skills. ⛳

👑 Congrats to Adam, our current Quarterly Challenge champ! (Until next time…)

Why do we do this?

Because our people come first, our success comes from our people, and exceptional culture is built in moments like these.
We’re not just building smarter systems—we’re building a place people genuinely want to work!

🔧 PROJECT MILESTONE REACHED — Modular RO Water Plant Panels ✅

We’re super proud at the successful completion and delivery of all primary electrical and control panels for a major RO water treatment plant headed to a Western Australian mine.

Delivered in partnership with PROXA Water, this phase of the project involved:

✅ Detailed Electrical + Control system design
✅ Custom-built, mining-spec control panels for 6 containerised RO plants
✅ Safety-integrated GuardLogix PLC architecture & control
✅ Full collaborative FAT testing, QA, and Logistics coordination
✅ All built locally here in SA — on time, on budget, and to spec

This milestone highlights our ability to mobilise quickly, collaborate across time zones, and deliver technically complex systems to an extremely high standard — all under serious deadline pressure.

With 200+ water and wastewater systems delivered across Australia, IoTics are proud to support our growing network of Water Treatment vendors with smart, scalable automation solutions.

🛠️ Commissioning and control system programming for this project are now underway — stay tuned for future milestones.

Helping water providers make smarter decisions, one asset at a time. 💧

Lately, we’ve been working closely with councils, private water companies, and government-owned corporations to audit and assess critical water infrastructure across treatment, recovery, and distribution networks.

Our focus?
🔍 Electrical, instrumentation, and automation audits
⚙️ Identifying risks, non-compliances, and end-of-life equipment
📊 Supporting CAPEX planning with real, actionable data
🌐 Unlocking remote monitoring opportunities
🚗 Reducing site visits and improving reliability

These assessments are doing more than just ticking boxes; they’re helping our clients build clear, confident strategies for reliability, uptime, and sustainable operation across vast, often remote networks.

We're super proud to be the partner our customers trust to help align their infrastructure with long-term goals, and we’re just getting started.

If you're looking for support with business continuity, asset visibility, or digital migration, we’d love to have a conversation.

🚨 When your infrastructure project needs to move fast — we’re ready.
This is what sustainable automation at speed looks like.

Last month the elite team were tapped for a full turnkey control system rebuild on a critical water infrastructure skid — with just 7 days’ notice to deliver.

✅ Full electrical redesign
✅ New PLC + HMI + comms
✅ FAT tested, documented, shipped
✅ Onsite-ready with remote VPN support
✅ Round-the-clock effort — including night shifts and weekends

Our client needed a trusted delivery partner who could drop in, take control, and make it happen. No excuses. No delays.
And the result? Delivered. On time. First go.

But what we’re most proud of isn’t just the tech, it’s the team.

The photo below says it all.
This is what it really looks like behind the scenes of an unmatched culture of excellence and team:

Late nights with the lads, full buy-in, lots of coffee, and a crew that genuinely shows up for each other and our clients.
That’s the IoTics culture.

👊 Relentless when the pressure’s on
💡 Sharp on technical excellence
🌱 Grounded in sustainability
❤️ Committed to each other and our customers.

If you're a council, water authority, or infrastructure asset owner and you're staring down a last-minute project — we’ve got your back.

Proudly South Australian, supporting critical assets Australia-wide.
Let’s make it happen.

Team-Driven. Future-Focused. Next-Level in the Making.
At IoTics we’re not just evolving, we're transforming.
Fresh off a company-wide restructure, we brought our elite team together to answer four bold questions:

🔍 What should we improve?
💪 What are we already great at?
🎯 What are we celebrating 12 months from now?
🌍 Where should we play next?

This wasn’t a workshop. It was the ignition point for what comes next..
IoTics 3.0 is on the rise, and this time, we’re doing things differently.
Smarter. Sharper. Stronger.
We’re co-creating a new chapter; sharpening our strengths, levelling up our capabilities, and showing the industry what elite delivery really looks like.

The energy in the room? Electric. The ideas? Game-changing.
And the future? You’ll want to watch this space.

We’re building something extraordinary, and it’s only just begun.

🎁IoTics Christmas Party: Celebrating Growth, Achievements, & Our Amazing Team

This year’s Christmas party at Big Shed Brewing was a special one for our team! With the largest attendance yet, it was incredible to see how much IoTics has grown—welcoming both familiar faces and new team members, along with our partners, to celebrate the year together.🎄

The highlight of the day was Sam’s heartfelt presentation, a tradition we all look forward to. Reflecting on our achievements, growth, and goals for the future, it reminded us of the incredible journey we’ve been on. The slideshow, capturing moments from the past year, brought smiles, laughs, and a sense of pride in all we’ve accomplished.🏆

The event was filled with great food, lively conversations, and the kind of camaraderie that makes IoTics truly special. It’s an honor to be part of a company that genuinely cares about its people, its customers, and the exciting path ahead.👷

Here’s to an even bigger and brighter 2025!🥳

🚀 Yesterday the team set up our IoTics stand at the IICA Technology Expo in Adelaide!
This year we put the spotlight on what makes IoTics truly special—our incredible culture, accreditation as a ‘Great Place to Work’, and the unique opportunities, support, and benefits we offer our employees that comes with being a part of the IoTics family 🙏

Our Director Sam Stafford also had the pleasure of speaking as part of the exclusive 'IICA Speakers Corner' where he shared valuable insights around Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, AI, and Decarbonisation.

All in all, the Expo was a great space to share ideas and dive into exciting industry trends.
It’s events like these that remind us just how much amazing work is happening in South Australia and why staying connected really matters!
