That was Tom’s day today as he undertook our One Day Intensive Program at Nuriootpa.

The day finished with him achieving his FIRST TIME PASS - just what we all wanted!

❌ As many people may know the government, Department for Infrastructure and Transport, (DIT) are initiating a Driver Training Reform related to learner drivers.

As part of the Reform, the government are reverting back to ONE method of getting your licence, which will be controlled by DIT, with DIT examiners assessing learner drivers.

DIT is abolishing CBT&A (logbook), which has historically been a more ‘gentle’ and self paced way for learners to obtain their licence.

The good news - according to recent communication from DIT, anyone wanting to get their licence through CBT&A (logbook) there is still time to do so, as no date has been finalised for the Reform to start.

(expected to be sometime in 2027, but it’s looking more like the later half of the year 🤔, and we ‘should’ get at least six months notice when it is terminating 🤞🏼)

If you still want to get your licence through the CBT&A (logbook) we are still offering this, and have 4️⃣ accredited examiners available through our company.

We cover areas from Elizabeth in the north, through the north eastern suburbs and north western suburbs and southward towards around Marion / Brighton area

Here we have Katelin who completed her CBT&A (logbook) journey with us this week.

Sad we won’t see her any more 😧 but happy for her that she has completed this amazing achievement😀

Today at Mount Barker, it was an EARLY start for Port Lincoln local, Oscar.

The early start was to allow Oscar time to complete his One Day Intensive Program before heading home for the weekend.

By 2:30, Oscar’s day was done and dusted, and he had his Certificate of Competency, all set to become a P Plater!

Yesterday was ‘Sharon Day’ in the world of learner drivers!

Sharon spent 8 hours doing our One Day Intensive Program to reach a long awaited milestone, of getting her licence!

And she did it with ease!

Good on you, Sharon. I think this is just the start of even bigger and better things for you!
