What a beautiful day on the water! 🛶💦🌿☀️
Feeling incredibly grateful to our beautiful friends for organising this kayaking adventure, inviting us along, and so generously sharing not only your time and friendship, but also your kayaking gear with us. ❤️
There is something truly special about being surrounded by beautiful people, immersed in nature, breathing in the fresh air, feeling the water beneath you, and simply being present in the moment.
This is where I feel completely in my element — connected with nature, connected with beautiful souls, laughing, exploring and creating memories together. 🌿💙
Thank you for sharing this beautiful experience with us. It means more than you know. 🙏❤️
Feeling very grateful for friendship, nature, adventure and all the simple moments that make life so beautiful. ✨🛶🌊

Please let me introduce you The Soul Growers - Barossa Valley Winemakers
This is the Soul Growers team - boots on concrete, hands shaped by years of work, and a shared respect for the long, patient process from vineyard to bottle. Every barrel in this room carries time, risk, and intention. Every vintage is the result of decisions made early, often quietly, and always together.
We believe good w**e is built, not rushed. It comes from collaboration across growers, w**emakers, cellar hands, and partners who show up season after season. From the dirt under our boots to the stories shared at the end of the day, this is what community looks like when it’s rooted in craft.
Good w**e doesn’t grow alone. It’s grown together.

I love this sooo much Ray Behan. This is the ultimate inspiration for me. Thank you. 🙏
For me, healing is not always about becoming the person I was before the trauma.
Sometimes, it is about becoming someone I could never have been without it.
Trauma can change us. It can shake our sense of safety, trust, identity and even our understanding of who we are.
But healing doesn’t mean pretending it never happened.
It means learning how to carry the experience without allowing it to carry you.
There is a powerful difference between healing from trauma and evolving through it.
Healing may teach us to soothe ourselves, create safety, release what no longer serves us and make peace with our past.
Evolution asks something deeper:
What can this experience teach me about who I am becoming?
Perhaps it teaches us boundaries where we once had none.
Self-trust where we once sought constant validation.
Courage where fear once made our decisions.
Compassion without self-abandonment.
Wisdom without bitterness.
Strength without becoming hard.
We don't have to be grateful for what hurt us.
We don't have to romanticise our pain or pretend that everything happened “for a reason.”
But we can choose to give meaning to what happened by deciding what happens **next**.
The goal isn't to erase the scars.
It is to become so deeply connected to ourselves that the scars no longer define the story.
Healing helps us survive what happened.
Evolution helps us decide who we become because of it.
And perhaps the most beautiful part of the journey is realising:
I am not who I was before the pain.
I am not only what happened to me.
I am the person I consciously choose to become now.*
That is where healing becomes transformation.
And transformation becomes freedom. ✨
Thank you, Ray Behan for this.
Such a powerful and honest reminder.❤️🙏
I believe becoming a different version of myself isn’t about changing who I am or becoming “better” than I am. For me it’s about becoming more authentically myself — with greater self-awareness, courage, compassion and honesty.
For me, sometimes the biggest transformation is learning to trust myself, honour my boundaries, let go of what no longer serves me, and have the courage to choose differently.
The future we dream of is not just something we arrive at — it is something we grow into, one conscious choice at a time. 🌱✨
And perhaps the most beautiful question is not “Who do I need to become?” but “Who am I ready to allow myself to become?” ❤️🙏

Looove this, Ray Behan🌈
Beautifully said. 🌿✨
Diversity is not something to simply tolerate — it is what strengthens us. Just as an ecosystem thrives through variety and balance, our lives become richer and more resilient when we embrace different perspectives, experiences and ways of being. We don’t have to be the same to grow together. 💚🌱🌈✨
What is your view on DIVERSITY and how does embracing diversity positively influences your life?
Any thoughts Diverse-City???
Diversity creates resilience in ecosystems. The same principle can teach us something about human life.
