We are proud to win the prestigious Innovator of The Year title at the Australian Space Awards 2026. This is a well deserved validation of our innovative patented work in Space Situational Awareness and Active Debris Removal harnessing the sheer potential Australian Outback skies carry.

We are excited to announce our nomination in the Australian Space Awards 2026 as finalist in Innovator of the Year and the Space Situational Awareness Program of the Year.
This recognition highlights SCOOP’s mission to advance a new generation of Australian-led space sustainability solutions through innovative, observatory-based detection, tracking and future mitigation of space debris. By combining coordinated optical observation from the Australian outback with a long-term vision for orbital safety, SCOOP is working to strengthen space situational awareness and help protect the near-Earth environment for science, industry and future generations.
