Adam brings extensive experience and technical leadership to major projects. He applies that knowledge with purpose, helping drive robust engineering outcomes while taking the time to mentor and develop junior engineers.

This month marks 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝘀 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀.

Over the past twelve months, Jessica and our Services team have focused on creating greater structure, clarity and consistency across the business, while helping our people understand and contribute to the changes taking place.

As Jessica reflects:

Today we were joined by Gillian Boyd, Community Ambassador for R U OK?, who generously shared her personal story and lived experience with our team.

Gillian spoke about connection, belonging and the importance of creating space for meaningful conversations. Her courage and openness left our team with some important reminders.

Everyone has a story. Silence does not mean nothing is going on. We all experience stress, struggles and challenges, and at some point, we all need someone.

Last week marked an important moment for our business.

Across Australia, our teams came together to celebrate the launch of MLEI Group and the next chapter we are building together.

Each office shared an MLEI themed morning tea, opened new merchandise packs, heard from our Directors and brought some healthy competition to the celebrations.

More importantly, it gave us a moment to recognise the people behind our business and the strength we have built together.
