We’re juggling families, relationships, health, finances, work, big ideas, changing seasons, self doubt and the never-ending question of what the heck we’re actually doing.

Some months we’re full of ideas and ready to take on the world. Other months, simply showing up is enough.

That’s what She Rises South is about. Not networking for the sake of networking. Not business cards and elevator pitches. Not pretending we’ve got it all together.

A space where we can talk about business AND life, because the truth is, they’re rarely separate.

A place to share what’s working, what isn’t, what we’re navigating and what we’re dreaming about. To learn from each other, encourage each other and remember that we don’t have to figure everything out on our own.

This is not about hustle, pressure or pushing harder. It is about gentle business, feminine energy, softness, support and encouragement. A place where you can show up as you are, be honest about where you are at, and be met with understanding rather than comparison.

We are here to grow, but in a way that honours our energy, our seasons and our individuality. To celebrate wins, hold space for challenges, and remind each other that we do not have to do this alone.

Yesterday’s She Rises South gathering was a small one. School holidays will do that.

But sometimes the smallest circles create the biggest conversations. As we sat together, we found ourselves asking a simple question:

What is She Rises South? What sits at the heart of it. The answer kept coming back to one word.

Connection.

Connection to ourselves. Connection to each other. Connection to our businesses. Connection to something bigger than simply chasing success.

We realised that She Rises South isn’t just about business. It’s about the whole woman.

Life. Business. Spirituality. None of them exist in isolation.

When life feels heavy, business is affected.
When business flourishes, confidence often spills into every other part of life. When we slow down and reconnect with ourselves, we show up differently for our families, our communities and our work.

A circle that represents the gentle rhythm of supporting every part of ourselves, instead of believing we have to sacrifice one to grow another.

Here, we choose connection over isolation. Collaboration over competition. Women genuinely supporting women while building businesses that feel aligned with the lives they want to live.

Gentle. Soft. Safe. Feminine. That’s what She Rises South is.

And I couldn’t be more excited to see where this circle leads us 🐚 🌊

Next She Rises South Circle: shaping the space together.

As our group grows, we want to be intentional about creating a space where every woman feels welcome, heard and supported.

At our next circle, we will spend part of the morning exploring what we want from this community, the values that matter to us, and how we can make room for every voice. Together, we will create a simple shared guide for the group, shaped by the women in the room.

Our circle flow

9:00am | Arrive
Grab a coffee, drink or cheeky snack and settle in. Please arrive before our 9:10am start where possible, so we can protect the flow of the circle.

9:10am | Welcome
A quick introduction, intention for the morning and welcome to new members.

9:15am | Connection
A short meditation or grounding moment to arrive properly.

9:20am | Check-in circles
We will break into small groups to share:

* one win in life or business
* one challenge or area where support would help
* whether you would like to be heard or helped

Sometimes we need space to talk; other times we are open to ideas or practical support. Naming what we need helps everyone respond with care. Please be mindful of sharing the airtime so everyone has space to contribute.

9:40am–10:40am | Main session
A mini workshop, member-led session or guided conversation around a relevant topic. If you have a skill, story or topic you would love to share at a future circle, please reach out.

10:40am–11:00am | Closing and gentle networking
Time to reflect, connect and head back into the day.
