We’re incredibly proud of the team behind Cygnus Parade for winning the Medium Density category at the 2026 UDIA WA Awards for Excellence!

Cygnus Parade is an outstanding example of medium-density development that demonstrates how denser housing can be successfully integrated into an established suburban setting.

Delivering 28 homes on a compact site, the project introduced a diverse mix of dwelling types, including townhomes, apartments and lofts, creating genuine housing choice for downsizers, first home buyers and multigenerational families.

The thoughtful architectural response respects the surrounding neighbourhood through sensitive building scale, integrated public art by First Nations artist Jade Dolman, and a strong connection to the adjacent river and wetland environment.

Sustainability initiatives, innovative housing design and a commitment to quality underpin the development, which achieved complete sell-out before completion and has been embraced by both residents and the broader community.
