You've done the hours on your L's. Our provisional courses give you a final polish with a trainer before the assessment, so you go in knowing exactly what's expected. Course names and requirements vary by state.

Rider tip: look where you want to go
Your bike tends to follow your eyes. In a corner, look through to the exit rather than at the edge of the road or the pothole you're trying to miss. It's one of the first things we teach on the range, and one of the most useful habits you'll keep.

Pre-Learner: spring's here
The days are longer and the weather's on your side. If getting your learner licence has been on the list, our Pre-Learner Course is the place to start. No experience needed, and we supply the helmet and the gloves.

Three things that make wet roads easier: be smoother with the throttle and brakes, leave a bigger gap than feels necessary, and start slowing earlier than you would when it's dry. Watch for painted lines, tram tracks and the shiny strip in the centre of the lane.

We're looking for experienced riders who are good with people. You bring the road sense; we'll train you in how to teach it. Roles across NSW and VIC, with flexible weekend work available.

Q-Ride is competency-based, which means you're assessed as you learn rather than in one nervous test at the end. We train Queensland riders through the whole thing.
