WorkCon

Game day!

We joined Buildcorp this year at the Corporate 10's and we got the honour of awarding the player of the match.

Day like this never disappoints.

Our Sunshine Coast area manager Jason and Curtis Cullen naturally couldn't miss out on this year's Master Builders Sunshine Coast Awards Night!

To all nominees: congratulations. Being named a finalist is an achievement of itself.

Thank you to Master Builders for organising such a fantastic event.

We will see you all next year!

Stay Hydrated!

BADGE Constructions is now also fully stocked with our WorkCon Hydration pack.

You can find them in the site office, so head on over and keep yourself hydrated throughout the day!

Finished the pack? Let us know and we will make sure you get a fresh one.

So what makes a great team?

Not talent. We have seen great tradies who couldn’t get a job over the line.

The difference is whether people look out for each other. Whether the person who finishes first picks up a shovel instead of a phone. Whether someone new gets shown how things work, or left to sort it out on their own.

You can’t see that in an interview. You see it in the first week on site.

Attitude gets you on site, being a team player is what keeps you there.

The one variable you fully control is how you show up!

We are proud of our team 👷‍♀️ 👷‍♂️
