🔼 Fresh from winning the 2025 Award for Best Collaboration with Creative Youth, Backbone Youth Arts proudly presents Backbone Festival 2026: Get In On The Ground Level - a vibrant celebration and platform for the next generation of cultural change-makers.

Running from October 1 - 17, Backbone Festival invites audiences to discover emerging artists before everyone else, with a program of fearless new work spanning theatre, circus, dance, comedy, live art, music and interactive experiences.

This year's theme, Get In On The Ground Level, celebrates the thrill of discovering exceptional artists at the beginning of their careers, before they become the next generation of Australia's leading creatives.
