Workforce Success

It’s Friday, the fins are on and the Workforce Success team are backing the Dolphins tonight! 🐬🏉

We might still be hard at work, but there’s always time to show a little team spirit around the office 🤣

Cheering on the boys tonight — LET’S GO DOLPHINS! ❤️🤍💛

👏 A huge shoutout to two of our Workforce Success team members who took on Bridge to Brisbane over the weekend!

An awesome effort and a great achievement — well done, legends! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️💪

💛 R U OK?

Today is a reminder that sometimes the most important question we can ask someone is also one of the simplest.

“Are you OK?”

You don’t need to have all the answers. Sometimes, simply checking in, listening and genuinely being there can make a difference.

So today, check in with your workmates, your friends, your family — and yourself. 💛

Ask the question. Listen. Be there.

A conversation could change a life.

7 YEARS WITH WORKFORCE SUCCESS! 🎉

This week we’re celebrating not one, but TWO incredible 7-year anniversaries! 🧡💙

Seven years of hard work, dedication, laughs, challenges, growth and plenty of WFS memories along the way.

We’re incredibly grateful for the commitment you’ve both shown over the years and for everything you continue to bring to the Workforce Success team.

Congratulations on 7 amazing years — here’s to many more! 🎉👏

💙 HAPPY FATHER’S DAY! 💙

Today we’re celebrating the dads, stepdads, grandads, father figures and the incredible men who have helped shape us into who we are today.

A few of our Workforce Success team are sharing some special snaps with their dads today — the men who taught us, supported us, made us laugh and helped guide us along the way. 🫶

To all the dads out there — whether you’re spending today with your family, working hard, or being remembered and missed — we hope you know just how much you mean to the people who love you.

From all of us at Workforce Success, Happy Father’s Day! 💙

AIDN QLD GALA DINNER 2026

The Workforce Success team had a fantastic evening attending the 2026 AIDN QLD Gala Dinner as proud Bronze Sponsors. 🧡💙

It was a great night connecting with businesses and industry leaders while celebrating the people and organisations contributing to Australia’s defence industry.

It was also wonderful to see Wounded Heroes Australia represented on the night, raising support for homeless veterans and those who have served our country. ❤️

A huge thank you to AIDN QLD for another brilliant event — we’re proud to be part of this community!
