From Norths c**ts to the URC 👏
We’d like to congratulate Callum Reidy on his selection in the Glasgow Warriors Round 1 squad for the 2026/27 URC season.
‘Dragon’ came through the Norths pathway as a C**t before making the step into Grades, representing the club from 2022–2025. As a c**t he was recognised in 2024 as C**ts Player of the Year.
A proud moment for Callum, his family, and everyone at Norths who has been part of his journey.

Fresh off being named Coach of the Year after guiding our Premier Men's team to the 2026 Finals series, Dan continues at the helm of our Premier Grade Team. Building on our momentum from 2026, our Premier Men are set up for a big season ahead. Welcome back Dan! Great to have you on-board again.💪

Happy School Holidays! Do the kids need a day of activities during the school holidays? Do you need a day off from finding them things to do?
Well, we have a solution for both of those things.
The club is running a day of rugby activities on Friday the 2nd of October, from 9am to 3pm. Morning Tea and a BBQ Lunch will be provided for all participants. Coaching will be provided by a number of our Premier Grade Players, including Current Eagle and ex-All Black Legend, Jeff Toomaga-Allen.

Exciting news for 2027 — we're thrilled to announce our C**ts 1 coaching team!
🏉 Head Coach: Phil Mooney
🏉 Assistant Coaches: Denis Sim & Matt Talaese
Our C**ts 1 team is well credentialed to take our C**ts program forward. Phil's professional coaching experience includes a stint as Qld Reds Coach as well as roles in Japan and NZ and countless representative teams for Qld and Australia. Phil will be well supported by Denis and Matt. Denis has a long history of coaching at Premier Grade level in Brisbane across multiple clubs and was one of our Academy coaches in 2026, while Matt, a former Professional player in France before finishing his career at Norths Premier Grade, steps into C**ts 1 after successfully guiding our C**ts 2 team in 2026.
Welcome aboard, gentlemen — we can't wait to see what you build with this group! 💪

What an incredible year it has been for Norths girls' rugby. Our girls have proven themselves to be strong, fierce, and full of heart, while always bringing the best energy and having a mountain of fun both on and off the field! We are incredibly proud of how our teams wrapped up their competitive seasons:
Under 14s & Under 16s: Both teams dug deep, played hard, and fought fiercely all the way to the Semi-Finals to cap off a fantastic season.
Under 12s: Absolute superstars! They secured 2nd place in the
competition after leaving everything out on the field against
Sunnybank in an epic, nail-biting Grand Final.
It has been fantastic to see everyone giving it their best, developing new skills, supporting their teammates, and, most importantly, having FUN!
A big thank you to all of our coaches and managers for the time,
effort, and support you have given throughout the season. Your
commitment to our girls and teams is greatly appreciated.

Congratulations to our U13 Maroon, U14 Blue and U16 teams for their premiership wins on Sunday.
We are very proud of all of our grand final teams. It has been a massive effort across the season from all of the players, coaches and managers to get this far. A great day of sportsmanship and support for club and teammates. A bright future ahead! 🦅🔥
