Last Thursday Christine S and I visited Salisbury State School to talk to Students about the Ekka then and now. Christine had first hand knowledge as her parents and Grandparents lived across the road from the Ekka during the 1930's onwards. An amazing day being part of Miss Uppys class. A big shout out to the wonderful teachers out there. Your patience, caring nature and resiliance is appreciated. Also we saw first hand how great the office staff were handling little ones needs.
