Toolbox talks hit a little different during R U OK? Week

A big thank you to our mates at BUSSQ Superannuation and MATES in Construction for joining us this arvo, checking in with the crew and helping start some of those important conversations.

Sometimes a simple conversation can make a bigger difference than we realise.
Ask R U OK? Listen. Encourage action. Check in.

At BJS Group, we take birthdays seriously! 🎂🎉

We appreciate every member of the BJS family, and today we’re celebrating one of our legends behind the scenes - the man helping keep our people, equipment, sites and jobs connected and moving every day.

Happy Birthday! We hope you have an awesome day and know how much we appreciate everything you do.

Even Ranger got in on the celebrations… because apparently no BJS birthday is complete without him. 🐶🎈😂

Ever wondered what the inside of a waterslide looks like without getting wet? 👀

Our crew spent the day inside waterslides completing cut-outs and resealing works using rope access.

Not every job comes with a view like this.

We’re proud to share this feedback from Hutchinson Builders following the completion of a major project.

At BJS Group, we know that successful projects aren’t built by one person, they’re built by strong teams, clear communication, and a commitment to quality from everyone involved.

A huge thank you to our project managers, supervisors, technicians, administration team, suppliers and subcontractors who contributed along the way. This recognition belongs to all of you.

Throwback to when Kris, our Senior Project Manager, was still on the tools.

One thing you’ll find at BJS Group is that our leadership team has done the hard yards.
They’ve worked on the tools, learned the trade from the ground up, and understand exactly what it takes to deliver quality work on site.

That hands-on experience is what helps us deliver practical solutions, strong leadership, and high-quality outcomes for our clients every day.

Behind every compliant building is a team committed to getting the details right.

From fire-rated joint sealing to passive fire protection, our crews deliver quality workmanship that helps keep buildings safe and compliant.

🔥 Protecting people. Protecting property. Protecting projects.

👉 Planning a project? Send us a DM or contact our team today to see how BJS Group (QLD) can help keep your building compliant, protected, and project-ready. 🔥🏗️

We’ll see you back on site after the Easter break.

While work on the tools pauses for RDOs, the office will remain open to assist with any enquiries.

Stay safe and enjoy the break.
