The Valkyrie rides again. Brunhilde is our Oktoberfest l***r, brewed the long way: a full double decoction that boils a third of the mash, twice, for bread crust, toasted biscuit and honeyed malt depth you can't fake. Certified Sustainable local Pilsner malt and Melanoidin do the heavy lifting; Noble Citra adds a flicker of spice and orange peel on the hot side. Deep gold, brilliantly clear, clean and dry. The second litre feels like a good idea. Prost.

🐦‍⬛ THOUGHT & MEMORY | 5% | DOUBLE HOPPED HEFE

Odin's ravens, Thought and Memory, flew the world each day and came back with everything. So does this b**r. A classic Bavarian Hefeweizen base of Certified Sustainable local Pilsner malt, Wheat Malt and Rolled Wheat, banana and clove from a proper weizen yeast (gifted by our mates at Froth Technologies, NZ), then double dry hopped with Aussie Ella and Eclipse for apricot, peach, red berries and a hint of white w**e. Hazy pale gold, towering head, light, spritzy, barely bitter. It misses nothing.

Ten-four, good buddy. Last year we were Lookin' Back on Track. This year there's only one direction, and it's forward.

Our annual collab with the legends at deVine Cellars is back. Inglewood and Noranda's family-run bottle shop has been championing independent producers since 1995 and has the trophy cabinet to prove it (WA Liquor Retailer of the Year, again, in 2025). When people who taste that much b**r keep asking for the same style, you listen. So: Italian Pilsner, round two.

An Italian Pilsner is a German Pils that went on holiday and came back with a dry hop habit. We've leaned into it. Proper Eraclea Pils malt from northern Italy lays down a clean, crackery base, with a handful of flaked corn to lighten the body and keep the whole thing rolling.

Then we swapped the noble hops for a Southern Hemisphere road crew. Motueka and Galaxy go in through the hot side and whirlpool, then again in the dry hop for that signature Italian Pils lift: lime zest, white grape, a hint of passionfruit, all sitting on top of a b**r that's still, at heart, a l***r. Crisp, dry, snappy bitterness, and absolutely no hazy nonsense.

🐀 KERBSIDE PROPHET | 8% | DDH Hazy DIPA

Cowabunga dudes and dudettes, we are about to embark on a hop laden journey to fight boring b**r and dull flavours!

Our Sustainable Base Pilsner Malt, Malted Oats, Weyermann Spelt Malt and Rolled Triticale create a bed for the hops to shine. Rakau, Rakau Amplifire Pellets, Sabro, Cryopop, Cryo Citra, Citra Hyperboost and Riwaka SubZero Hop Kief are all on show and you sure as hell ain’t gonna miss em.

This Hazy DIPA has received the double dry hop treatment to create a perfume party of epic proportions. Pouring with haze for days, this DIPA is absolutely loaded with aromas of mean mango, lithe lychee, cataclysmic citrus and phenomenal passionfruit.

The party doesn’t stop at aroma town, expect huge flavours of juicy tropical fruit, luscious lime and a sweet hint of that New Zealand diesel on the palate. A light herbal note rounds out the quest that is Kerbside Prophet.

Don’t sleep, you have to fulfill your duties and defend your fridge from boring b**r. The training starts now. Crack a tin and get involved!

🦈 SLAMOO SLAMMER | 6% | RIWAKA HAZY IPA

JAWSOME, DUDE!

This Single Hop Hazy IPA unleashes a flavour frenzy from one of New Zealand’s most ferocious lupulus species: Riwaka! We’ve layered this beast through the boil, Whirlpool and fermentation, dry hopping multiple times with Amplifire Riwaka, and again with Riwaka SubZero Hop Kief during transfer to the bright tank.

A soft, pillowy base of Pilsner Malt, Wheat Malt and Rolled Oats builds the perfect deck for the Riwaka to tear up, pouring a thick golden haze beneath a fluffy white head.

Aromas of passionfruit, bright citrus and that unmistakable hit of New Zealand diesel latch onto you and refuse to let go. On the palate, it’s all juicy tropical fruit, zesty citrus and dank, resinous Riwaka character, backed by enough bitterness to keep this apex IPA balanced.

The law of the jaw says it’s time to lace up and kick some serious fin.
