We pay tribute to a true Gentlemen of our greater Lighthouse Community who sadly passed earlier this week.

There wasn’t a blade of grass, brand new Junior, or a long retired Old Boy, who hadn’t been impacted by Jons skill of genuine connection.

A master storyteller who always had time for anyone.

Years of dedicated Service to a Rugby Club he helped pioneer, helped establish the enormous amount of respect and love everyone had for him.

‘Jon’, you’ll go down as one of the clubs greats.

The laughs, care, support and love for all things Caloundra Rugby will be deeply missed.

There’ll be a constant shine over Lighthouse Park now, and the sidelines will never be the same.

We extend our condolence to ‘Aunty’ Joy, Lisa, Nathan and the greater Potter family. You are all in our hearts at this time.

If you wish to join Jons family in celebrating his life, you are warmly welcomed.
