Guaranteed Building

Check out this new deck and pergola. This structure was constructed from structural treated pine, painted with exterior paint and surfaced with 90x19 Merbau deck boards. The 45x45 timber slat balustrade keeps the structure looking retro.

Check out this amazing deck. This deck was constructed around an outdoor spa and was built large enough to accommodate a future sauna. This structure was surfaced with 26mm Merbau decking, which came up beautifully with Cabot's Aquadeck Natural decking oil.

Check out this new deck, stairs, and bench seating with a miniature garden bed built into it.

This deck was constructed for a swim spa that arrived at a later date. The deck was surfaced with 90x19mm Merbau deck boards, with matching timber for the stairs treads, and handrail. The bench seating was constructed in a way that lifts up to allow for internal storage, with a miniature garden bed lined with plastic so our client can grow a plant. This bench seating also counts for a fencing system due to the elevation of the new deck to the existing deck.

Check out this amazing timber deck. Our client couldn't utilise their yard properly due to the site cut, and the elevation of it made it quite dangerous. This new deck has given our client more use of their yard making it more practical, serving more room, and eliminating the danger.

Check out this Modwood composite deck. This Australian sourced composite is a quality deck board that consists of a concealed fixing system that results in a flawless finish. The Modwood seen in these photos are the Natural Grain selection with the brushed side exposed in the colour Jarrah.

Check out this little guy. A small but practical pergola to keep the weather off the entrance to this home.

Check out this balcony knock-down rebuild. The old balcony had seen better days as it began to deteriorate from the weather. We conducted a like-for-like build, except we added a touch of contrast by installing 90x19 Merbau decking to break the colour up from the original painted pine decking.

Check out this steel gable roof carport.

Check out this unique composite Modwood deck with box steps and a cottage style handrail and balustrade.

Check out this new Merbau deck. The decks subframe was constructed from structural treated pine and surfaced with 90x19 Merbau deck boards. A 140x42 solid Merbau handrail was installed with a stainless-steel wire balustrade.
