We are hiring - Team Coordinator and Admin Assistant

Mawson, ACT | 15–20 hours per week (with potential to grow)

We’re looking for an organised, proactive person to join our team in a unique role that combines administration, house management and personal assistant duties.

No two days are the same. You’ll be supporting a growing business and social enterprise, helping keep our office, projects and community initiatives running smoothly.

About the role

* Administration and general office management

* Personal assistant support

* House management and coordination

* Scheduling and diary management

* Assisting with HR administration

* Communicating with staff, clients and suppliers

* Helping improve systems and processes

* Supporting a range of exciting community projects

About you

You’ll be someone who:

* Is highly organised and can manage multiple tasks

* Has great communication skills

* Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems

* Is confident using computers and learning new systems

* Works well independently while also being part of a team

Experience

Experience in any of the following is an advantage, but not essential:

* Administration

* Construction industry

* Human Resources

* Community services or not-for-profit organisations

Hours

* Approximately 15–20 hours per week

* Flexible working hours

* Must be able to work onsite in Mawson at least four days per week

* Opportunity for the role to expand as our organisation continues to grow

Salary

Pay will be negotiated based on your experience, skills and the value you bring to the role.
