Budget Announcement - Big wins for Australians with disabilities!

The Australian Government is taking significant steps to enhance the lives of over one in six Australians with disabilities. With a $5.4 billion investment over the next five years, the new Specialist Disability Employment Program and a $23.3 million Disability Employment Centre of Excellence will revolutionise employment opportunities, providing tailored support and innovative solutions. Additionally, the NDIS Evidence Advisory Committee and enhanced funding for the National Disability Abuse and Neglect Hotline ensure better, safer, and more effective disability support.
