Provide Another Mother (PAM) prides itself on having a team who are trained in housekeeping, disability cleaning, and in-home domestic support duties. Our PAM’s are friendly, reliable, hardworking and are already helping many NDIS participants and families in their homes. As an NDIS service provider, we offer a wide range of individualised housekeeping and cleaning duties, specialising in decluttering and spring cleans. Your NDIS plan may allow you to have access to our services under your Core Support. You choose and control how much you spend and what services would best assist you in your home. Our client-focused approach works closely with all relevant parties from the participant, support staff to family members. We understand the importance of independence, family and community. This is why we endeavour to assist participants in reaching their goals by providing our service
After years of proudly supporting our community as Provide Another Mother, we're honoured to share the next chapter of our journey. 🌿
From Tuesday, 28 July 2026, we'll be known as OAK Disability.
This change reflects how we've grown over the years and our commitment to supporting people in even more meaningful ways. While we'll continue providing the trusted domestic assistance our community knows us for, we'll also be expanding our supports to include:

Although our name is changing, the people, values and genuine care behind everything we do remain exactly the same.

Rate: From $33.00 Per Hour
Provide Another Mother is a growing NDIS-registered provider delivering high-quality household and in-home support services to NDIS participants across South East Queensland. We're passionate about supporting our participants; and just as passionate about supporting our team.
We're now looking for a motivated, organised, and people-focused Service Coordinator to join our close-knit office team in Cleveland.
This role is central to the smooth delivery of services for our NDIS participants and the coordination of our on-field team members.

You will play a key role in ensuring services are delivered efficiently, professionally, and in line with participant support plans.
