🔥🚒 Get Fire Ready Starts This Weekend! 🚒🔥

Fire season is on the way, and now is the time to get prepared.

Get Fire Ready is a statewide CFA initiative designed to help Victorians understand their local fire risk and take practical steps to prepare their household, family and property for the fire season. At these free community events, you can learn about bushfire risk in your area, hear directly from CFA volunteers, and discover simple actions you can take to be better prepared.

📍 This is the first weekend of Get Fire Ready events, with communities right across Victoria getting involved.
🌏 Here in the South West Region, we have loads of events happening over the next week making it the perfect opportunity to connect with your local brigade and get the information you need before summer arrives.

✅ Learn how to prepare your property
✅ Find out where to get the latest emergency information
✅ Start creating your bushfire plan

After the success of last year's events, Get Fire Ready returns this October with CFA brigades across Victoria encouraging their communities to Get Fire Ready.
