Meet Chef Dave Brimmer - Belconnen local, 30+ year career chef, and the new face behind the pans at Little Oink.
Dave grew up in Scullin and has cooked all across Canberra, from Banana Leaf to RMC Duntroon and beyond. His food philosophy is simple: honest, comforting meals that warm the soul without pretending to be anything they’re not.
And with our new chef comes a new winter menu.
Think house-made Pandan Chicken Curry, thick pork sausages on parmesan mash, classic pastas, bourbon & maple glazed bacon steaks, and plenty more comfort food built for Canberra winter evenings.
Whether it’s been a few days or a few months since your last visit, we’d love to welcome you back in to meet Dave and try what’s new!
