BuildPass
Build smarter, safer sites with AI-powered software.
Where are you on the curve?
Level 1: Ask. "How do I set up a permit?" Useful. Saves a bit of time.
Level 2: Delegate. "Review these drawings." "Write this report." This is where the hours come back.
Level 3: Connect. Your AI wired into BuildPass, your tools, your calendar, doing jobs before you've asked.
Most builders we talk to are sitting at 1, heading into 2. Hugh's ask in our AI 101 session was simple: work out where you are, and leave one level higher.
Which step are you on?

The end-of-day site report used to take a login, a phone call and ten minutes. Now it arrives on its own.
At Turn Group, contract administrator Oscar has Claude email it to him at the end of every day, pulled from live BuildPass data through MCP: who signed on, how many people were on site, and whether they're signed onto the right SWMS.
"I can just ask Claude to do it and it does it, end of day, automatically."
That's one workflow. The carousel has the rest: daily sign-on notifications for PMs across every job, weekly client summaries drafted from site diaries, drawing revisions that list their own changes, and a photo of the site whiteboard that turns into the schedule.
After a handful of years on BuildPass, Turn Group were among the first to plug their live project data into Claude, with two on-site sessions from our BuildX team to get it running.
None of it replaces walking the site. What's changed is how much of the week goes to chasing information that already existed.

"If I turn on BuildPass AI, does our company data go into the cloud?"
The most-asked question in our AI 101 session, and the one worth forwarding to whoever signs off on this at your company.
Short version from Hugh, who built BuildPass Agent: we pay for enterprise AI with zero data retention. Your data is transmitted like any internet request, but it isn't stored, isn't used for training, and everything is processed in your region. Australia for AU accounts, the US for US accounts.
That's a deliberate cost we carry so you don't have to think about it.

"We're spending less time chasing information and getting the actual work done out here on site." Jordan Walker, Project Manager, Turn Group ποΈ
Turn Group build architectural homes at the top end of the Melbourne market. Right now that's a three-storey build at Ocean Grove with fifteen metres of fall, worked from the bottom up.
Long-time BuildPass customers, they were among the first to connect their live project data to Claude through BuildPass MCP. Two on-site sessions with our BuildX team later, it's part of the daily routine: sign-on reports arriving on their own, SWMS checks without the phone call, client updates already written.
The build is still the build. What's changed is how much of the week goes to finding information that already existed.

"Let's do my Monday morning triage."
That's the whole prompt. Hugh types it into BuildPass Agent and gets back everything that needs him this week: decisions, risks, overdue items, where the schedule's at. Every project, one list. β
Setting it up was just as simple. He asked Agent for a Monday report once, said what he wanted in it, then told it "remember this for later." Now it's one line, every Monday.
You can do the same with any report or check you run each week. Ask once, tell Agent to remember it, and next time it's a sentence.

Every call remembered, nothing forgotten π
Hang up. It's already written up βοΈ. The summary lands against the job on its own: who spoke, how long, what was decided. Nobody typed anything.
We don't record. We summarise the key points, then the audio's gone the second the call ends.

Two weeks ago we said we'd answer the awkward questions live. Wednesday, we prove it π€
Matt Graves puts our Matt in the hot seat on Construction Yeti. No script, no edited demo reel, no second takes. Just the platform running end to end and questions straight from the internet.
We asked builders at Houston Build what's actually slowing their jobs down. ποΈ
Same answer every time: material procurement π¦ β delivery windows, fabrication timelines, and agreements that don't line up with the schedule.
