U13s BOYS PUTTING IN THE WORK 💪🏽

The late afternoon sun hung over Norbuilt Oval last Wednesday, as the U13s got stuck into pre-season, with a strong group hitting the track and putting in the hard yards ahead of another big season.

There was plenty to like about the numbers out there. Skills were sharpened, fitness was built and decision-making was put under pressure — all the small pieces that come together to make better footballers.

The season is still ahead, but the work has already begun.

And judging by the effort on the track, these boys are ready for it. 🔴⚪⚫

U13 GIRLS | BUILDING THE FOUNDATIONS

There’s no final team sheet yet. No positions are locked in. Right now, the focus is on building footballers.

The Crocs U13 girls are deep into training, working through the fundamentals that will shape the way they play when the season arrives.

Clean hands. Sharp kicking. Ball movement. Leading patterns. Decision-making. Positioning. The ability to read the play and execute under pressure.

It’s repetition, correction and another go — not for the sake of simply getting through a drill, but to make the next effort cleaner, quicker and better.

This is where footballers are made.

The teams will take shape in time. For now, it’s about developing the skills, understanding the game and building the confidence to use those skills when the contest gets hard.

There’s plenty of work ahead, but there’s also plenty of football talent being developed on the track.

We’re thrilled to welcome Jedd Henderson to the Crocs!

Jedd is an incredibly athletic footballer and a genuine game-breaker on the wing. His ability to dominate in the air, win contested footy and impact the game in multiple positions makes him an extremely versatile player.

Jedd comes to us with an impressive resume, having played in back-to-back premierships with South Warrnambool, while also currently playing with Leopold and being on the Geelong VFL list.

We’re excited to have Jedd on board and can’t wait to see him in the Crocs colours! 🐊💪

What a fantastic achievement for former Croc Zac Bailey! 🔴⚪⚫

Congratulations, Zac, on signing an incredible eight-year contract extension with the Brisbane Lions, keeping you at the club through to the end of the 2034 season. 🦁

After turning down a lucrative offer from the Adelaide Crows, Zac has chosen to remain a Lion for life — a huge show of faith from both player and club.

From his days in the Crocs colours to becoming an established AFL star and now committing his future to Brisbane, it’s been an incredible journey.

Congratulations, Zac! We’re incredibly proud to see a former Croc going from strength to strength at the highest level. 👏🔥
