We have been making this loaf for years, but with the increasing awareness of the health benefits of tumeric, this loaf is becoming a super star finding its way to menus, where it's accompanying eggs, avocados and even fish! We love it as is, just dipped in zaatar & extra virgin olive oil. The glory of simple food!

 And yes right, it's not all about good bread either 🥖🍞 It's becoming increasingly evident the more we talk with our customers, that the relationship we built with each other, although at times we haven't really met, is what matters the most to them, and certainly to us, as we value this loyalty and are humbled by it. Being reliable is what we proud ourselves in. And this trust in us seems to matter to you as much as good bread does.
