💛 R U OK? Day 2026 💛
Today is a reminder that a simple question can make a big difference.

Take a moment to check in with the people around you, your family, friends, colleagues, or someone who might be doing it tough.

“Are you OK?”
And if they’re not, take the time to really listen. Sometimes, knowing someone cares is exactly what a person needs. 💛

Let’s keep the conversation going — not just today, but every day.
