IMPORTANT UPDATE – SHOALWATER BAG DROP

Unfortunately, our 24/7 Bag Drop at Shoalwater Shopping Centre (117 Safety Bay Road, Shoalwater) is no longer available.

This change was beyond our control, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause our valued customers.

The good news is we're working on a new Bag Drop location! As soon as everything is confirmed, we'll let everyone know.

In the meantime...

You can still use our Drive-Through Bag Drop at:

Simply park in the customer parking area and drop your bags off with our friendly team.

If you need more bags, we'll happily provide you with new ones so you can keep collecting and continue receiving your container refunds.

It's still as easy as:

BAG IT – Fill your bags with eligible containers.

TAG IT – Label each bag with your:
• Member Number
• Name
• Contact Number

DROP IT – Bring your tagged bags to our depot and we'll take care of the rest.

Once your containers have been counted, your refund will be transferred directly into your nominated bank account linked to your Member Number

It's here! More 10¢ containers are now accepted!

From today, Cash for Containers Rockingham is accepting even more eligible beverage containers under the Containers for Change scheme!

You can now return most beverage containers between 150ml and 3 litres, including:

🍊 Fruit & vegetable juice containers
🥛 Flavoured milk containers
🍹 Cordial containers
🍷 Wine bottles and wine containers
🥃 Spirit bottles
…and more!

Whether you're saving containers for a local club, your favourite charity, your family, or simply putting a little extra cash back in your pocket, every eligible container is worth 10¢.

💚 Since the scheme began in 2020, Western Australians have returned more than 5 billion containers, putting over $500 million back into the community—including more than $20 million donated to charities, schools and community groups.

Don't see the 10¢ mark? No worries!
Many of the newly accepted containers won't have the 10¢ refund mark printed on them just yet, but they're still eligible.

Earlier this week we had the pleasure of delivering new bins to the fantastic team at Mangles Bay Fishing Club 🎣♻️

We’re proud to partner with community organisations that are committed to keeping our local areas clean and making recycling easier for everyone. Through our partnership with Mangles Bay Fishing Club and Containers for Change WA, these new bins will help collect eligible containers while supporting positive environmental outcomes for our community.

This is a hands-on, varied role involving:

Assisting with commercial bin collections (truck license required)
Sorting and counting beverage containers in our depot
Working closely with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and team player
Good customer service skills
Physically fit (moderate to heavy lifting required)
Comfortable working in a busy environment
Good with numbers and attention to detail
