Reaching roof cover stage is a major milestone in the building journey, marking the transition to plastering and ceiling installation. It's at this stage that our clients really start to see their house transform into a home. 🏠

Exciting times ahead for Michael, who has now officially signed contracts for his new home in the beautiful Darling Downs. 🌳

At SSC, every home we build is custom designed, but after walking through one of our previous clients’ homes, Michael loved every aspect of 'The Maddi'. With just a few personalised touches, he knew it was the perfect design for his own build.

We’re looking forward to getting the wheels turning, Mick - we’ll be on site in the not too distant future!

This Warnbro build is going to be an absolute beauty. Our designers have done an amazing job fitting this 450m² home, plus a cabana, onto this block, and Simon and the team can't wait to see it all come together. 👏
Next steps: pool installation, drains, slab clean, and brick load, which will soon be followed by our valued brickie team getting the walls up. 🚧🧱
