A Contact Sphere is a group of business people who are in complementary businesses, work with similar clients and don’t compete with each other. For example, an electrician, plumber, painter, builder and handyman could be part of a Contact Sphere. Passing referrals between each other, based on trust because they have formed a relationship.

We are a local networking group of 26 business owners that meets regularly at Missing Gorilla at 1/70 Commercial Pl, Eltham on a Friday morning.

We are having a visitor day at our next event with the aim of growing our connections and contact spheres with the businesses we would like to work with.

Great to have so many new faces along this morning including a builder, handyman, buyers advocate, insurance broker, videographer and family lawyer.

Our presenter was local gardener Eduardo Aguiar from Eden Home & Garden. He talked about his team, their customer service, their process, tools & toys and their accountability and insurance for when things go wrong.

They offer garden maintenance services to both commercial and residential clients including pruning, hedging, mowing, mulching, removing branches, stumps, older plants and planting of new plants.
