Loop Interiors is a sustainability focused, interior decorating advice and lifestyle business based in Melbourne Australia. Loop Interiors is about bringing spaces together that are simple, true and about you. With our design, decoration, sustainability and project management skills, we work one on one with our clients to help them create the home they want. Using a 'RE' based approach, we work to transform spaces with re-arrangement, re-purposing, re-upholstering as the first step, we then purchase wisely. We select furniture, soft furnishings, linings, textiles and accessories that are better for you and the environment. Because we source from local craftsmen and businesses its better for the local community too. Our interior styling service goes one step further. With training in home organisation we are happy to rummage through your cupboards, de-clutter and reorganise what we find just as much as we are to choose a colour palette. Not only will your new space look good, it will work. Loop Interiors approach is also about building your ability to understand what you really want and nurture the confidence to pull it off again.

Im working with a client in Strathmore to plant up their nature strip with indigenous grasses and plants. After months of preparation and a good dump of rain, we're all systems go on the planting now.
This nature strip will be one of many that are going to be showcased in a nature strip tour in August.

It’s his lucky day.
Keeping plants hydrated in summer can be relatively easy. I rotate through my plants giving one of them pole position for the day. Rinse water and flicking of the hands droplets are applied through out the day as domestic chores are completed at the sink. I check to ensure medium is moist by evening and pop back in place. It’s a spa day for plants!
This one is very neglected, but will pick up after it’s spa day.

Back to it and outside!!!
This client recruited Loop Living to create an indigenous garden at the front of their house. First phase is killing the invasive couch grass and other weeds to get the site ready. Over the next 8 weeks we will be using the power of the sun to cook the grass and weeds.

We're working with a client to dejungle their front garden so that it can be accessed and used and pull it back in line with its original design!!! Today we focussed on clearing the path and got nearly half way in.

Towards the end of the month im presenting at this community garden. We'll be touching on gardening approaches that are real game changers when growing food as well as looking at a few changes you can do in your home to reduce your impact on a daily basis.
