With internet issues plaguing Daniel and failing to complete a single lap of any competitve action his night was done early.

Corey qualified down the field, stayed put in his heat race, took himself to a win in the C Main!
In the B-Main, early on he found himself with nowhere to go in another cars incident ending his night prematurely.

A Mixed Bag!

Round 3 of the 2024 Oceanic Dirt Sim Events- ODSE ASC Series is run and won with a mixed night for the team but progress definitely shown.

After another tough night qualifying the boys started to try fight through their heat races, Corey making the transfer from 8th and Dan moving forward one spot in his, leaving him with the alphabet soup to do, he bode his time in the C and got through and made good progress whilst being patient in the B main, only missing the A-Main transfer by 1 spot.

For Corey in the A he had a good patient start, until lap 9 when he was completely flat wheeled by the 81wx car in a silly racing move ending Coreys night then and there in 21st place with a DNF.

The boys showed progress and good signs on another tough night.

An Unexpected Start!

The first round of Oceanic Dirt Sim Events- ODSE for 2024 is run and won at the Virtual Volusia Speedway in Florida with Michael and Corey attending for Michaels first ever ODSE meeting, with Daniel unable to attend due to real life racing.

With both drivers coming into the nights racing with not many laps under their belts due to work they went out for qualifying and started on the backfoot down the order, in Coreys heat his car was a little too tight and struggled to get consistent laps down, in the C-Main he was running in 4th position and going well when an incident occurred causing him to lose spots and ultimately not transfer to the B-Main.
For Michael after qualifying towards the back he made steady progress in his heat and got up to 6th position which is where he crossed the chequered line, fortunately for him a driver infront had been black flagged for an incident elevating Michael into 5th spot earning him a spot in his first A-Main with ODSE in his first ever race with the league.
He made progress throughout the race by staying away from all the other crashes and just trying to keep his nose clean and be consistent, earning him a great finish in the top 15.

Time to go racin!

Its time to go racing again with the Oceanic Dirt Sim Events- ODSE league for the 2024 ASC Series.

Round 1 is tonight at Volusia Speedway in the 410 sprintcar.

We have both our drivers from last season returning plus a new driver to the series but definetly not a new driver to the team
This season the team will be fielding 3 cars... the W7 of Corey Bawdon & New Zealands NZ18 of Daniel Nickel both return to the series for year 2 and newcomer to ODSE this season is team owner Michael Rutledge in the W0 Sprintcar.

We can't wait to get started and see where we end up.
