Track Protection Australia’s National GM, James Davidson, attended the ARA WA Rail Industry Dinner last Wednesday 20th August.

The evening featured great insights into the future of Western Australia’s rail industry and opportunities to connect with great industry leaders.

We have great news to report on, as of yesterday the Fair work commissioner has ratified our EBA and given its stamp of approval 🥳

Track Protection Australia would like to show our appreciation and thank all that attended our EBA vote.

This EBA would not have seen the light of day without the ongoing support and the voters to make this all possible.

Track Protection Australia had a visit in the office by a potential new recruit who goes by the name of Warwick Richard Capper.

Warwick is an advocate for mental health and shares the same values as TPA with regard to this.

Mental health in the workplace is a huge concern in the Rail Industry, the more conversations we have with our collegues and peers the more probability of a positive outlook to those being affected by mental health can be overcome.

These conversations can all be started with one simple question, R U Ok?

Last week, the compliance team had the opportunity to visit the SEPA project.
It was great to be out on-site and see the impressive progress firsthand.
A big thank you to the South Dynon crew for welcoming the team and taking the time to walk them through the scope of work - your professionalism, teamwork, and safety-first approach truly stood out.

We extend our deepest gratitude and warmest wishes to Franc, following his recent retirement after years of dedicated service to the rail industry.

Franc, your unwavering commitment, guidance, and mentorship have made a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to work with you. You’ve been more than just a colleague—you’ve been a trusted mentor, a supportive team member, and a true friend to many.
