Congratulations to those JS Performance Project athletes that raced over the weekend at both Paladin Brisbane and the North QLD athletics championships!

Massive congratulations to Jack Veach on his ITU World Championship performance in Spain!

Jack put down some very impressive times over the swim, bike and run disciplines to finish in 34th place out of 70 in his age group.

Wishing a massive good luck to one of our Junior athletes - Jack Veach, as he represents Australia 🇦🇺 in the World Triathlon sprint distance championships in Pontevedra, Spain 🇪🇸 tomorrow!

Jack was JS Performance Projects first ever coached athlete and has had his eyes set on qualifying and competing at this event for over 12 months! The whole community is extremely proud of you Jacko!

3rd in the Country! 🤯

Massive congratulations to Braith Cowie, who competed in the National Schools Cross Country Championships in Sydney today!
Braith flew through the tough undulating 6km course in an impressive time of 20:31 averaging 3:22/km.

Braith finished 3rd place in 🇦🇺 in the 16year boys category just 25 seconds behind the Australian champion! Braith also had the fastest time from a QLD athlete across both the 16 and 17 year old age groups!

Too see a kid from regional QLD compete at such a high level is very rewarding and we feel very privileged to have Braith on our JSPP Junior high performance team for 2026/2027.

Massive thank you to every athlete that has come on board the JS Performance Project over the past 10 months and believed in our mission!

I feel very privileged to be able to play a small part in helping and seeing some amazing achievements and accomplishments to so many hard working athletes over the past 10 months!

From supporting clients on their weight loss journeys to developing central QLDs first ever high performance junior distance running team, setting foundations for members to achieve goals that they never thought were possible and reducing the impacts of mental health through the promotion of living active and healthy lifestyles!

We look forward to continuing to grow this community into the future!
