Studio Filardo

The CLT installation is now complete, with the building envelope established and the spatial intent fully defined.
What began as lines on paper is now legible in scale, light, and proportion — a clear reading of how the house will perform and be experienced.
Executed with precision and care.

Designing how it performs. Defining how it feels.

Grateful to KLH Pacific and Concept Crane Hire for craftsmanship and ex*****on of the highest calibre

Taking shape—stay tuned

An exciting milestone today!

The CLT walls are going up, and the project is beginning to define its space — proportions, light, and movement becoming clearer with each element installed.

Designed as an airtight envelope, this home prioritises performance alongside form — delivering comfort, durability, and long-term efficiency.

This is where the design shifts from idea to experience.
