Simply coffee .. to enjoy and remember
31/07/2026
After nine wonderful years, Walt’s Hamilton has now closed. Thank you to every customer, neighbour, supplier, friend and family who made the journey at Hamilton so special. This particular pic taken in the moment by a family member many years ago means the most to me in what it represents and it is very special. This page will remain here as a record of those memories.
We’d love to welcome you to our new home at Hendra Healthworks 135 Pring St Hendra. See you soon at Walts@Hendra where the coffee remains ..simply good!

Sad leaving this mural designed and painted by Katie Barron that has been such a part of the journey here in Hamilton… exciting new beginnings though as we transition to our new location at Hendra Healthworks..
“Nine incredible years at Hamilton coming to an end soon as we transition fully to our new location at Hendra Healthworks. After Thousands of coffees. Countless conversations. Amazing connections. It’s always the team brewing awesome coffee and the community that make the magic! Thank you for making Walt’s Coffee Hamilton part of your lives. ❤️”

Same coffee. Just a tighter window at Hamilton.
We’re now pouring Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 10:00am.
Saturdays have shifted over to Hendra Healthworks (6:00am – 12:00pm) — same coffee, just a different home.
See you bright and early ☕

A little heat. A little sweet. A whole lot of coffee.” 🌶️☕ New to Walts is chilli syrup from our friends at D’Vine … think chilli mocha, chilli cold over ice, iced latte, spicy affogato. Many possibilities.. .as much spice as you can handle..
