Women’s football has been an important part of Hampton Rovers since we hosted the first-ever VAFA women’s game in 2017.

The future is bright, with multiple junior girls’ teams and our Under 18s reaching the Grand Final this year.

We thank Wardy for five years as Senior Women’s coach, highlighted by our historic first premiership in 2022.

Planning is well underway for 2027, with applications open for our next Senior Women’s coach. 💚💛

We’re also incredibly proud to have Coach Tayla Jones leading the team. A former Hampton Rovers Women’s superstar, Tayla is helping guide the next generation of Rovers talent.

Even more exciting, nine of our Under 18 girls have represented the Senior Women’s team this season — a fantastic achievement and a testament to the strength of our pathway and the talent within our junior program.
