On this last day of Asthma Week, take a moment to check in on your asthma.

Have your symptoms changed? Are you using your reliever more often, waking during the night or noticing changes during different hormonal stages of life?

Hormonal changes during menstruation, pregnancy, perimenopause and menopause may affect asthma symptoms and control. If you have noticed a change—or you’re unsure—speak with your doctor about an asthma review and ensure your Asthma Action Plan is up to date.

You can also speak with our pharmacy team if you have questions about your medicines or inhaler technique.

Being a pharmacist requires patience, problem-solving and staying calm under pressure—so perhaps raising four boys is the perfect training!

This Father’s Day, we’re celebrating our pharmacist Katlong, proud dad to four boys.
